What does it take to run a top-performing team in real estate? What’s the difference between a real estate team vs solo? We had an exciting panel of team leaders at our #RealtyHack Summit two weeks ago and we interviewed Kent Redding, Kinan Beck, Liz Riley, and Christina Mungo. They went through what they do to recruit people to their team to maintain their culture and to train their agents.
In our panel, we have Christina Mugno of Spyglass Realty. Christina has an all-female team of 12 agents and thrives on providing customer support to their clients. Christina has had a ton of success as a top-producing agent and wanted to grow her business with a team. We are also joined by Kinan Beck, the leader of the One Source Team at eXp Realty with a team of 10 agents who have been in the business for 27 years.
Elizabeth Riley, the head of LUXE Property Group, expresses her enthusiasm for education. She oversees team members in Austin, Dallas, and Atlanta. Lastly, Kent Redding, the April 2024 President-Elect of ABOR, will also be on the panel. Kent’s team focused around supporting their production.
